What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the coordination of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements across multiple sites.
- Learning how to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO 45001, and industry best practice.
- Assisting with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Helping to identify improvements, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Working alongside senior HSE staff and operational teams to support day-to-day safety performance.
- Contributing to training, reporting, and communication to develop your professional knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine interest in Health, Safety, and Environment, with a desire to build a career in this field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Any relevant HSE training or qualifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH) would be an advantage but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
