What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the coordination of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements across multiple sites.
  • Learning how to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO 45001, and industry best practice.
  • Assisting with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Helping to identify improvements, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Working alongside senior HSE staff and operational teams to support day-to-day safety performance.
  • Contributing to training, reporting, and communication to develop your professional knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

  • Genuine interest in Health, Safety, and Environment, with a desire to build a career in this field.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
  • Any relevant HSE training or qualifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH) would be an advantage but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
