We are working with our client who are a successful CNC and Assembly business based in Bishop Auckland. The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of CNC production staff
- Ensure the machinery is functional and running at optimum efficiency
- Ensure team hit production targets and manage any issues
- Ensure safe operations
- Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
