Our client is an established and expanding local business and is now looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis at their Middlesbrough Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially focused marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term career. The role would suit someone with experience across hospitality, ecommerce, and B2B, who is confident leading a marketing function and delivering results across multiple channels.
As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing team and strategy, leading campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth across diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver effective marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns
- Manage and evolve brand identity across hospitality and corporate markets
- Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, imagery, and promotional materials
- Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports and insights
- Support sales and operational teams with targeted marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Manage and improve online reputation, including Google and TripAdvisor reviews
- Establish and maintain consistent brand identity across all areas of the business
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, and press releases
- Coordinate PR activity, media relations, and influencer partnerships
- Plan seasonal promotions, packages, and special offers
- Attend and organise tradeshows
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
- Background in hospitality, ecommerce, and/or B2B marketing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Creative, proactive, and commercially minded
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Team built environment with excellent training and onboarding
