What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate HSE, Quality, and Port Security requirements across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, company standards, and industry best practice.
- Support continuous improvement by developing systems, auditing processes, and analysing trends.
- Take a leading role in investigations, corrective actions, and risk management.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to achieve business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients to ensure safe, compliant, and positive operations.
- Provide training support and contribute to the company’s ongoing development of people, policies, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for QHSE and a strong understanding of its importance in industry.
- Experience in HSE, Quality, and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage systems, drive standards, and ensure compliance.
- A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant HSE/Quality qualifications (advantageous).
- Confident with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
