Role Overview Service, maintain, and repair forklifts at customer sites Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably Represent the company professionally while working independently in the field Key Responsibilities Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance in line with safety standards Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults Respond to breakdown calls, resolving issues quickly to minimise downtime Communicate clearly with customers, providing progress updates and equipment advice Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed records of work and parts used Skills
