Electrical Production Supervisor

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in electrical installations and wiring. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising electrical production teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supervising electrical installation and panel wiring projects.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
• Managing a production team, providing guidance and support.
• Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring accurate implementation.
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
• Panel wiring experience is a plus but not essential.
