We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a fast-paced environment, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Carry out electrical installations, inspections, and necessary repairs while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify issues with electrical systems, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Adhere to all relevant electrical safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Perform electrical testing and inspections, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Be available for on-call duties after completing the required training and competency period.
Callout payments and a disturbance allowance apply when on-call.
Competitive Pay & Overtime:
- ~£36500pa - Day shift no weekends
- ~ Overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate for hours worked beyond 40 per week
- ~ Call out allowance of £200 per month
- ~ 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
- ~ Company pension scheme with a 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution

Qualifications:
- Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications (such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 18th Edition, or equivalent)
- Experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial, commercial, or facilities environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance requirements
- A valid driving license is required (must be obtained within six months if not already held)
