The Role
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of maintenance operations across airside and landside, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and on time. You will:
- Lead and manage a team in a live operational environment
- Drive productivity, performance, and service delivery
- Take ownership of workshop planning, resources, and output
- Ensure fleet availability and maintenance standards are consistently met
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a major aviation operation
What You’ll Be Driving

Minimum Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role

- A proactive, “get it done” mindset
- IOSH / NEBOSH
- Experience with SAP or Power BI
- Background in heavy vehicles, fleet, or aviation support equipment
