Our client — a respected and innovative engineering manufacturer — is looking for a highly organised and driven Project Coordinator to play a key role in delivering complex project orders from quotation through to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and precision to every stage of a project lifecycle, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing project orders in line with contract and quality procedures
- Producing and controlling documentation throughout the full project lifecycle
- Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and reporting accordingly
- Coordinating third-party inspections and supporting quality processes
- Assisting with shipping documentation and export liaison
- Preparing invoice packages to help secure timely payment
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers, suppliers, and overseas offices
- Supporting KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll develop valuable technical knowledge in engineering products, recognised industry standards, and hazardous area protection methods — building expertise that will strengthen your professional profile. You’ll bring experience from a project coordination, document control, or technical administrative role — ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Confident managing documentation in line with contractual and quality standards
