Your Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our executive community. You will connect with senior decision makers, understand their needs, and help them access world-class events and experiences. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term client relationships, and represent CDM Media with energy and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior executives to invite them to summits, dinners and exclusive gatherings
- Research and connect with business leaders via calls, emails and other channels
- Clearly articulate how our events deliver value
- Match executives to the right programmes and ensure a high-quality experience
- Build and grow your client portfolio while managing the entire sales cycle
- Share market insights and trends with the wider team
About You
You are an ambitious, diligent, and self-motivated team player who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can confidently engage senior executives and convey the value of your work. You have strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals, and while prior experience in sales or relationship management is a plus, it is not required. You are curious, proactive, and driven to succeed - both for yourself and your clients.
