We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work as part of our agile cross functional software engineering teams in Digital Delivery.

A passionate and enthusiastic forward thinker, you will work closely with CDL's Digital clients, alongside our Product Owners, analysts, and software engineering teams to identify and analyse business requirements and support application and process changes through the delivery lifecycle.

As part of a growing community of practice you will receive coaching and mentoring from other team members and there will be numerous opportunities to expand and increase your skills within an Analyst role.

As CDL continues to evolve its AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), you will play an important role in shaping requirements, validating AI-generated outputs, and ensuring solutions deliver value in a safe, effective and sustainable way.

You will work across business, product and technology teams, helping navigate complexity and turn outcomes into actionable delivery plans.

As part of our growing Business Analysis Community of Practice, you will benefit from ongoing coaching, mentoring, and collaboration with experienced professionals.
