We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple IT projects for external clients. We are seeking a passionate Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Department: Project Management
Location: North West UK - Hybrid
Compensation: £40,000 - £50,000 / year
What You Will Do:
- You can expect to see innovative software products and services being released into the market.
- Your team will work to ensure projects run smoothly, delivering in a timely manner with clear communication among all stakeholders.
- You will oversee projects from start to finish, highlight risks, assign tasks, devise realistic delivery plans and schedules, and maintain high standards while engaging clients with a calm and confident demeanor.
- You will manage multiple projects and demonstrate a strong mix of technical and commercial competence and self-sufficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Demonstrable experience in a software house Project Management role
- Experience of managing software development and/or software implementation projects
- Strong experience and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong experience of the Project Management Lifecycle
- Proven experience of working in Waterfall and Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, face to face and remote working
- PRINCE2 or other project management related training and certifications
- Experience of working in a team with strong leadership skills
- Experience of using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude to overcoming issues and challenges
