We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our office based in Warmley, Bristol.

Initially for maternity cover with a view to become a permanent position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn all aspects of recruitment and operations within the logistics industry, with full training provided.

No experience required but a positive attitude is essential.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and temporary workers by ensuring daily staffing requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities Planning and coordinating the day-to-day allocation of drivers and warehouse staff to client bookings Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and temporary workers Screening new temporary workers and sourcing new candidates through CV searching Making calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities Responding quickly to last-minute staffing requests and operational changes Issuing weekly timesheets What were looking for Excellent communication and organisation skills Ability to work under pressure Confident using Microsoft office systems A positive attitude with a willingness to learn If youre looking to start or progress a career in recruitment and enjoy working in a people-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.
