As a
Recruitment Manager / Business Development Manager,
you will have proven experience in the full recruitment process with a desire to be involved with developing the business further. Have excellent people management, sales and negotiating skills. Customer Dedicated Logistics (CDL) was established in 2001 and since then, has continued to support companies in Bristol and the surrounding areas with temporary and permanent staff in the logistics & warehousing sector. Working within a small business you will be pivotal in looking after existing clients and the development of new business in line with the company's expansion plans. This job role involves being hands on within the recruitment process to ensure customer requirements are met by sourcing and matching the right staff, it also involves a very hands-on approach to Sales and Business Development. In return CDL will offer an exceptional renumeration package to the right candidate. What you will be doing
•Source, interview and engage with candidates
•Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement
•Building and developing long term client relationships
•Identifying and developing new business and commercial opportunities
•Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
•Responsible for the ongoing growth of the business What we are looking for
•Previous experience within Transport, Warehousing & Industrial recruitment
•Ability to plan and manage resource
•Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
•Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and targets
•Excellent at building relationships and networking
•Strong sales skills and confident with cold calling
•Positive attitude and driven by results
•Full UK driving licence What we will offer
