CDL has been meeting the staffing needs of transport and warehouse businesses for over 20 years. We are currently looking for HGV 1 drivers to cover ad-hoc contracts in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
The Role
Day and night shifts available. Flexible, ad-hoc assignments to suit your availability. Opportunities with well established companies in and around Bristol Responsibilities include;
Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects Providing a professional service, ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently Completing relevant paperwork relating to deliveries and collections Navigating busy roads to optimise timely deliveries Communicating well with clients and customers Requirements
Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations. A professional and reliable attitude. No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR or IN convictions). Candidates must present themselves in a professional manner, have a positive attitude towards work and be able to work with time-sensitive deliveries/collection TPBN1_UKTJ
