Job Description Who are we? \n Established in 2001, CDL has been meeting the staffing needs for the Transport & Logistics industry in Bristol and surrounding areas. \n We are we looking for 7.5t delivery drivers to support our clients. \n The Role \n \n Delivering building materials and supplies to customers across the local area \n Delivering bespoke bathroom suits to customers in the South West \n Unloading goods from the vehicle \n Heavy lifting and manual handling involved on a daily basis \n Carrying out vehicle checks \n Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently \n Providing excellent customer service at delivery points \n \n Requirements \n \n Full UK driving licence \n Previous van driving or delivery experience preferred \n Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting \n Good knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas/South West \n Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n The safe transportation of goods \n Complete daily vehicle checks and report any damage or defects \n Complete customer paperwork accordingly \n Adhere to CDL and customer policies and procedures \n \n Requirements: \n \n Hold a valid category C1 licence (we are unable to accept conviction codes IN/DR/DU/TT) \n DQC \n Digital Driver Card \n Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally \n Always be presentable and professional \n Reliable and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards work \n \n Licence/Certification: \n \n Category C1 Licence (required) \n Digital Driver Card (required) \n DQC (required) \n \n Work authorisation: \n \n United Kingdom (required) \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
