We are currently recruiting for an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our valued client based in Avonmouth on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods across the southwest. Immediate start available This position is an average of 45 hours per week, on a 4 days on, 2 days off rota. Overtime is available in addition to a performance based quarterly bonus β OTE Β£35,000 Key Responsibilities Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects Delivering and installing products including washing machines, dishwashers and TVs (full training and tools provided) Providing a professional, friendly service to customers Completing delivery paperwork accurately Planning routes and navigating efficiently while adhering to all road traffic laws Loading and unloading goods safely What Were Looking For Full UK driving licence (Category C1 or C) with no more than 6 penalty points Valid CPC and digital tachograph card Experience in multi-drop deliveries Physically fit and willing to load/unload goods Strong communication and customer service skills Good time management and attention to detail A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude If you are a reliable and motivated driver, have a positive attitude towards work and be able to work with time-sensitive deliverieswed love to hear from you.
