The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies. You will play a key role in helping match quality candidates with our clients' requirements while maintaining excellent service standards. You will work closely alongside the Driving Division Operations Director and his team, gaining hands-on experience and valuable industry knowledge within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person
  • Writing and advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Managing candidate registrations and maintaining accurate records
