Recruitment Consultant – HGV Driving Recruitment

Location: Colchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year + 10% commission from day one

Responsibilities

  • Manage a 360 recruitment desk focused on HGV driver placements
  • Sourcing, screening, and registering compliant HGV drivers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meeting client staffing needs efficiently and professionally
  • Ensuring all drivers meet legal and regulatory compliance (DVLA, CPC, etc.)
  • Working towards KPIs with uncapped earning potential from day one

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within HGV/driving/transport sectors
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of driver compliance and logistics regulations is a bonus
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
