Recruitment Consultant – HGV Driving Recruitment
📍 Location: Manchester
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
💷 Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year + 10% commission from day one
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Manchester, specialising in the recruitment of HGV drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy and rewarding desk, placing skilled HGV drivers into temporary and permanent roles across the region.
What you\’ll be doing
- Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on HGV driver placements
- Sourcing, screening, and registering compliant HGV drivers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meeting client staffing needs efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring all drivers meet legal and regulatory compliance
- Working towards KPIs with uncapped earning potential from day one
What we\’re looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within HGV/driving/transport sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of driver compliance and logistics regulations is a bonus
