Recruitment Consultant – HGV Driving Recruitment

📍 Location: Manchester
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
💷 Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year + 10% commission from day one

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Manchester, specialising in the recruitment of HGV drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy and rewarding desk, placing skilled HGV drivers into temporary and permanent roles across the region.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on HGV driver placements
  • Sourcing, screening, and registering compliant HGV drivers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meeting client staffing needs efficiently and professionally
  • Ensuring all drivers meet legal and regulatory compliance
  • Working towards KPIs with uncapped earning potential from day one
