Our Client, a rapidly expanding manufacturer within the frozen food sector and are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Manager to join their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing the logistics function from the ground up. You will be instrumental in implementing new processes and procedures, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities Execute transportation activities in line with customer service requirements. Ensure on-time delivery of freight across road, air, and sea. Standardise internal logistics processes and methodologies. Manage and lead logistics staff effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. Provide pricing for spot quotes in line with customer requirements. Identify opportunities to reduce transport costs and improve margins. Use problem-solving tools and implement corrective actions where needed. Deliver excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for assigned customers. Track shipments through to delivery and provide timely updates. Oversee stock checks to maintain accuracy. Input data accurately into company systems. Manage invoicing and ensure timely reporting. Communicate effectively and collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
About You Minimum 3 years experience in international logistics. Strong knowledge of road, air, and sea freight. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills
written, verbal, and interpersonal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident in planning, prioritising, and delivering targets independently. Strong understanding of supply chain processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident with data management. A proactive, diligent problem-solver with an analytical mindset. Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, growing business. Comfortable working as part of a small, tight-knit team.
