We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Clients fast-paced transport department, providing crucial support in the daily planning. You will manage delivery scheduling, shipment planning, outbound delivery notes, and the processing of inbound returns and failed deliveries to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and drivers to optimise route planning and delivery scheduling. • Prioritise workloads while managing driver briefings and debriefings. • Resolve transport-related challenges and process customer returns promptly. • Support detailed shipment planning to maintain operational efficiency. • Proactively minimise delivery delays and missed time slots. Key Requirements: • Proven experience in traffic management within a logistics or transport environment. • Excellent organisational skills for route, schedule, and load planning. • Strong geographical knowledge. • Logical thinker with independent problem-solving abilities. • Able to prioritise and execute tasks professionally under pressure. • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and drivers. • Computer literate, including confident use of Excel and Outlook. • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
