We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations and lead a small warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking to step into or continue in a supervisory role within a busy logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising a small warehouse team during the night shift
- Checking goods prior to the loading of vehicles
- Ensuring loads are correctly loaded and secure for transport
- Checking and updating stock on the computer system
- Dispatching delivery notes
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
- Communicating effectively with the Warehouse Manager
- Reporting any operational issues
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the warehouse
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferred)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- £30,000 basic salary
- Attendance bonus up to £2,400 per year (paid monthly for full attendance)
