Working Hours: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

The Role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support our team with the day-to-day processing and administration of payroll.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll information accurately and efficiently
- Checking timesheets and hours worked
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
- Supporting general payroll administration
- Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
- Providing general administrative support when required
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous payroll or payroll administration experience
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Be confident handling confidential information
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and professional
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience within recruitment or temporary staffing payroll would be an advantage but is not essential.
