Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and supportive team. Full training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to progress into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while developing your sales and relationship-building skills. Working closely with experienced consultants and the Driving Division Operations Director, you will gain hands-on experience in candidate management, client development, and recruitment operations. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering clear progression opportunities and exceptional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Writing and advertising vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms
  • Managing candidate registrations, compliance checks, and onboarding processes
  • Supporting client account management and learning business development techniques
  • Coordinating interviews, bookings, and placements
  • Maintaining accurate records using recruitment software and CRM systems
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets
