We are supporting a growing beauty brand to help them find a Graphic Designer. They will require someone who is already in the UK and either local to their offices in Runcorn or London based. If you have the required experience, skillset and creative vibe that they are looking for this will be an amazing opportunity to grow with a brand that has an exciting growth trajectory!
Responsibilities of the role:
- Design engaging visual assets across channels including Instagram, TikTok, email, website, paid ads, packaging, and retail environments.
- Translate brand strategy and tone into compelling graphic language.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity systems (typography, colour, layout).
- Create high-impact visuals for product launches, campaigns, website and pop-up events.
- Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to align design with business goals.
- Own the creation of motion graphics, social templates, and animated GIFs.
- Art direct or support photo/video shoots as needed.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma a bonus.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.
- Experience working with animated GIFs and visuals.
- Experience with social-first content and an eye for what works on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and Gen Z visual culture.
- Portfolio that showcases your aesthetic, versatility, and attention to detail.
Bonus expertise:
- Experience in packaging design or retail visual merchandising.
- After Effects skills.
