L’ADMR est présente partout en Haute Loire grâce à ses associations locales. L'ADMR de l'EMBLAVEZ intervient dans le secteur de Vorey, Saint Vincent, Beaulieu, Lavoûte sur Loire, Malrevers, Rosières et Mézères.
Responsabilités- Entretien courant du logement et du linge
- Aide à la préparation et à la prise des repas
- Accompagnement aux courses et aux sorties
- Accompagnement dans les démarches administratives simples
- Diplôme ou expérience professionnelle dans un secteur d’activité similaire (ou secteur sanitaire et social) apprécié.
- Maitrise des techniques de la vie quotidienne
- Goût prononcé pour les relations humaines

CDI temps partiel 120 heures par mois soit 26.66 heures par semaine à pourvoir rapidement possibilité d’un temps plein. Rémunération à partir de 11,88 € brut par heure + possibilité d’un supplément en fonction du diplôme et de l’expérience. Reprise d’ancienneté si expérience dans une structure de la branche de l’Aide à domicile.
Un planning adapté (1/2 journée libérée). Possibilité d’un véhicule de service ou de fonction au bout d’un an d’ancienneté. Travail en équipe. Un accueil par un référent métier, accompagnement à la prise de poste, des formations adaptées et régulières, possibilité d’évolution. Smartphone professionnel, réseau de communication professionnel pour échanger rapidement avec vos collègues et vos responsables.
Frais de déplacements indemnisés (0,50€/kms) + trajet domicile – travail dans la limite du secteur d’intervention de l’association pris en charge à 60 %. Mutuelle complémentaire avec prise en charge à 58 % par l’association (hors options). Prévoyance. Permanence téléphonique du lundi au vendredi de 7h30 à 18h30. Travail week-end et jours fériés par roulement possible (heures majorées).
Compte tenu des déplacements quotidiens, le permis de conduire et un véhicule sont une nécessité.
