We are looking for a Recruitment Service Manager to manage a busy sector of the company. The role involves carrying out all recruitment services for prospective candidates and working closely with our clients. Main Duties
- Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
- Managing temporary and contract staff
- Meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
- Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
- Achieving monthly/weekly KPIs
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
- Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are met effectively
- Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
- Managing advertising
- Leading end-to-end recruitment cycles
- Working in a compliance-heavy environment
- Understanding the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing
- Handling high-volume workloads
- Working under tight deadlines
- Communicating effectively with clients at all levels
- Working under pressure
- Being available 24/7 for emergency calls within the division
- Managing and maintaining an accurate client and employee database
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Good educational background

- Valid driving license and access to own vehicle
