Our client is based in Hastings and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for Extruder Operatives to join their team. Main Duties Running and cleaning machinery. Monitoring the production line. Running machines. Doing quality checks of products. Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean. Informing supervisors of any issues. Must comply with company’s health and safety regulations at all times. Full training will be given. Heavy lifting, standing and floor work will be required in various departments. Qualifications And Experience Strong organisational skills. Ability and willingness to learn new skills. Good time keeping. Punctual, reliable, and want a long-term position. Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals. Able to perform all tasks required of them some of which are physical. Own transport would be beneficial owing to our location and not relying on public transport as with shifts has proven difficult. Manufacturing experience - not essential but beneficial.
