We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer to take technical ownership within a large transformation programme. The role focuses on designing, building, and integrating scalable and automated solutions across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and middleware platforms. You will remain actively involved in development while setting technical standards and guiding solution design across multiple systems. This role suits someone who enjoys owning complex integrations and helping modernise core business platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and integration platforms
- Design and build scalable, secure, and well-structured solutions
- Develop and customise applications across Salesforce, NetSuite, ITSM platforms, and middleware
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and middleware tools
- Drive automation to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
- Define and maintain development standards, best practices, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with programme managers, business analysts, data teams, and third-party partners
- Support platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on development experience across multiple platforms, including:
- Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL)
- NetSuite (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow)
- ITSM platforms (.NET / C#, REST APIs, PowerShell)
