We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Enforcement Manager to lead and support a team of Enforcement Agents across the United Kingdom. Reporting directly to the Head of Enforcement, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding collections performance, and ensuring the highest standards of regulatory and behavioural compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing, and motivating a team of Enforcement Agents to achieve performance targets and contractual KPIs
- Monitoring operational effectiveness and implementing improvements to maximise results
- Ensuring full compliance with all industry regulations, client requirements, and internal standards
- Coaching and developing team members to support both performance and professional growth
- Building strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Conducting regular field visits and operational reviews across the UK
Person Specification:
- Over 2 years proven leadership experience within enforcement, collections, or a related operational environment
- Strong understanding of Enforcement legislation, Taking Control of Goods
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
- Willingness to travel throughout the United Kingdom
