Introduction
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist (Design & Delivery) to join our expanding team and play a key role in creating and delivering high-quality learning experiences across the Group. This role is focused on the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of training, ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to perform effectively in their roles. You’ll design and deliver training across key areas including contact centre operations, induction and onboarding, management development, and practical and behavioural skills. You’ll create engaging, modern learning solutions using blended approaches, digital platforms, and AI tools to maximise learner engagement and impact.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, engaging learning solutions using blended learning approaches (classroom, virtual, and digital).
- Deliver impactful training sessions across the Group, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Lead the design and delivery of key programmes including induction, onboarding, management development, and operational training.
- Create digital learning content using tools such as Articulate, EasyGenerator, and AI-supported platforms.
- Ensure all training is aligned to business processes, systems, and required skill levels across roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning through feedback, assessment, and performance data.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on insights and evolving business needs.
- Support the development of consistent training standards and materials across the Group.
- Champion engaging, practical, and learner-focused training approaches.
About You
You’ll be a confident and creative L&D professional with strong experience in training design and delivery within an operational environment. You’ll be passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and bringing content to life through high-quality facilitation. You will have:
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programmes.
- Strong understanding of the full learning cycle (design, delivery, and evaluation).
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills (both classroom and virtual).
- Experience creating digital and blended learning solutions.
- Working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, EasyGenerator, or similar.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, engaging training content.
- A proactive approach to improving learning and driving consistency across training.
- A learning and development qualification such as CIPD (desirable).
