Job Description

Location: C D E Global, 370 Doagh Road

Ensure all material and parts are controlled and managed in an organized and efficient manner within the store area.

Responsibilities

  • Adhering to company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Good inwards – goods off load, verify against paperwork and verify quality
  • Stock management – ensure stock is put away in applicable section of stores
  • Despatch – accurately ‘pick’ goods for fabrication, site, assembly or spares
  • Maintain target 5s standards for work area and identify and implement improvements.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
  • Stock counting – assist with the routine physical stock count and check stock levels on request.

  • To adhere to CDE policy and practice.
  • To protect the confidentiality of all information and data held privately.
  • To carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.

Required Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in similar role
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Desired Criteria

  • NVQ level 3 Qualification in Warehousing/Stores
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Aisle Master or Bendi truck experience
  • Material picking using handheld scanners
