About The Role
Job Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to safely operate the Powder Paint Line ensuring that all product meets customer expectations in line with CDE standards.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Loading and unloading the Paint line along with other tasks associated with running a continuously moving line.
- Working with a team to achieve task times and quality levels.
- Maintain target 5s standards for your work area and identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Any other duties conductive to the job.
Other
- To adhere to CDE policy and practice.
- To carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
Skills Needed

Required Criteria
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Clearance to work in UK.
Desired Criteria
- NVQ level 3 Qualification in Body preparation.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
