In this varied role, you will provide crucial HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and engagement. You will also take a lead on coordinating our training and development activities, helping our people to grow and reach their full potential.
As an HR Graduate / Talent Administrator, you'll dive into the heart of our People function, gaining invaluable exposure across the full spectrum of HR. Your day‑to‑day will be a dynamic mix of generalist HR responsibilities and a specialist focus on Learning & Development. You will be the primary coordinator for all training activities, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and support the annual Personal Development Review (PDR) process. This role is a fantastic launchpad for your career.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop a broad skill set in recruitment, employee relations, and engagement, contributing to projects that enhance the employee experience. Required Criteria:
- Degree qualified, or working towards a qualification, in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, recruitment, training or HR support role.
- A strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Talent Development.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with employees, managers and external providers.
- Highly organised, accurate and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn HR systems and digital tools.
- Ability to travel between sites as required.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desired Criteria:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, or a willingness to work towards it.
- Experience using HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or learning management systems (LMS).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or multi‑site environment.
