The Community Sister will join the Teesdale Community Nursing Team to cover a maternity leave of 11 months, based at Richardson Community Hospital. The team covers 8am–9pm, seven days a week on a duty rota.
The post involves managing a caseload of adult patients in their homes or residential care settings, supervising Band 5 nurses, nursing associates and HCAs, and delivering holistic nursing care.
