Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) is seeking a motivated Semi-Skilled Maintenance Assistant to join the Estates team at Darlington Memorial Hospital.

The role supports Estates craft staff in maintaining hospital plant and services, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for patients, staff and visitors.

You will work across hospital buildings, assist with planned and reactive maintenance, participate in shift and on-call rotas, and complete accurate records using the electronic helpdesk system.
