An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and enthusiastic clinicians to join our team as a band 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about developing advanced clinical skills and contributing to high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a supportive and forward‑thinking service. We provide a fully supported training pathway designed to help you progress into a confident, autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner. You will receive supervision from experienced ACPs, Consultants, and members of the wider multidisciplinary team, along with protected time for both academic and clinical development. Main duties of the job
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, undertake diagnostic reasoning, and contribute to the management of patients with undifferentiated and complex presentations.
- Request and interpret investigations within your scope of practice and deliver safe, effective, person‑centred care as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in service development, quality improvement, teaching, and audit, while engaging in extended study.

- Qualifications
- Evidence of professional knowledge acquired through a Masters degree or equivalent level of demonstrable professional knowledge/experience.
- Supplemented by evidence of post‑graduate diploma specialist training, experience, short courses plus further specialist training.
- Recognised Teaching qualification.
- Registered Mentor.
- Non‑Medical Prescribing or willingness to undertake.
- Clinical Assessment course.
- Knowledge and experience of Emergency Care.
- Statutory Registration
- Registered Nurse on part 1 of the NMC register; Valid UK NMC PIN or HCPC registration (Paramedic or Allied Health Professional with a registered professional qualification).
