County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a committed Band 6 Community Midwife to join the South East Durham community midwifery team based at Ferryhill Health Clinic. You will plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans, prioritising communication, informed consent and relationship building to deliver holistic, research-based care. You will be supported with bespoke induction and training, and encouraged to pursue Continuing Professional Development and career.
