Electrician

We are a rapidly expanding electrical and renewables company based in Fraserburgh, seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Electrician will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. There will also be opportunities to work in the renewables sector., * Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.

• Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and codes.

• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction and renovation projects.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs.

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments., We are looking for candidates with relevant qualifications in electrical installation (such as SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and valid certifications such as 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Previous experience in the industry is essential, and familiarity with renewable energy systems is a plus.
