About the Role
As Bid Manager, you'll own the complete lifecycle of enterprise RFPs and public/private tenders across the CEE region. Working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Leadership, you'll coordinate winning proposals that drive enterprise growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining project management, commercial thinking, and persuasive proposal writing within a fast-growing international SaaS business.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end RFP and tender submissions across public and private sectors
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals
- Support go/no-go decisions alongside Sales and Leadership
- Write compelling, customer-focused proposals covering technical, commercial, legal, and implementation aspects
- Monitor procurement portals and identify relevant tender opportunities across CEE
- Manage clarification rounds, customer Q&A, and post-submission activities
- Maintain and improve bid templates, content libraries, and reusable documentation
- Analyze bid performance and implement continuous improvements to increase win rates
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Bid Management, Tender Management, or Enterprise RFPs
- Experience within SaaS, PropTech, Enterprise Software, Real Estate, Facility Management, Infrastructure, or similar industries
- Proven experience managing both public and private procurement processes
- Strong understanding of EU and CEE procurement frameworks
- Excellent English communication skills (German strongly preferred; Polish or another European language is a plus)
- Strong proposal writing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, value-based selling, and evaluation criteria
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience maintaining bid libraries and proposal documentation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools
