The Opportunity
This is the company's first dedicated marketing hire. You will own how the firm gets discovered, how visitors become customers, and how growth becomes repeatable. Reporting directly to founders and the GTM Lead, you'll build the marketing engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on builder role. You'll write copy, launch campaigns, optimize conversion, analyze performance, and ship experiments quickly.
What You'll Do
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Own the website end-to-end: messaging, structure, SEO, performance, and conversion
- Run CRO experiments across landing pages, pricing, CTAs, and user journeys
- Improve activation and lead conversion metrics
- Demand Generation
- Build scalable acquisition channels including: SEO & content marketing, LinkedIn and Google Ads, Partnerships, Lifecycle email campaigns
- Analytics & Attribution
- Own marketing analytics and attribution
- Monitor funnel performance and optimize growth metrics
- Use data to drive decision-making and experimentation
- GTM & Positioning
- Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership
- Develop messaging that resonates with sophisticated buyers in legal and financial services
- Create content that drives trust and pipeline
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B growth or product marketing
- Experience at Seed to Series B startups
- Proven track record improving website conversion or paid acquisition performance
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, Framer, or Next.js, GA4 or PostHog, HubSpot, Ahrefs or Semrush
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
