- Þjónusta við viðskiptavini í síma, tölvupósti eða spjalli
- Veita faglega og lausnamiðaða þjónustu
- Vinna með alþjóðleg vörumerki í tækni-, netverslunar- og ferðaþjónustugeiranum
- Ná árangurs- og gæðamarkmiðum (KPI)
Hæfniskröfur:
- Reiprennandi íslenska (C1–C2) eða annað tungumál af listanum hér að ofan
- Góð enskukunnátta (að lágmarki B2)
- Ríkisborgararéttur innan ESB eða gilt atvinnuleyfi
- Vilji til að flytja til Grikklands
