We're looking for an exceptional AI Systems Engineer who thrives on ownership, speed, and solving difficult engineering problems. You’ll design and build the core systems powering millions of AI-driven customer conversations while working alongside a highly technical team that values experimentation, rapid execution, and real business impact over bureaucracy. This isn't a role where you'll simply implement tickets; you'll own projects from idea to production, influence technical direction, and help shape the future of AI-powered customer interactions.
What You'll Do:
- Build scalable, reliable backend systems supporting millions of AI conversations
- Own critical infrastructure powering AI agents in production
- Evaluate, benchmark, and improve modern AI and voice models
- Design distributed systems capable of operating at massive scale
- Solve challenging infrastructure, latency, and reliability problems
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver customer impact
- Take projects from idea through production deployment with full ownership
- Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and AI capabilities
What We're Looking For:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
