The Role
You will provide first and second-line technical support to engineers working in the field, assisting with diagnostics, troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting field engineers with technical fault diagnosis
- Investigating mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Assisting with remote troubleshooting and machine diagnostics
- Escalating more complex technical issues where appropriate
- Logging technical information accurately
- Working closely with engineering and operations teams
- Continuously developing your product and technical knowledge
