The Role

You’ll play a key role in scaling and supporting global IT operations across EMEA. This is a hands-on role focused on infrastructure, identity and access, automation, and creating world-class internal systems. You’ll partner with product, security, and commercial teams while supporting a growing remote-first workforce and London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own identity and access management systems, including configuration and ongoing support of Okta, SSO, and IAM policies
  • Identify and implement automation across user lifecycle management, SaaS provisioning, and IT workflows
  • Provide IT support coverage during EMEA hours, collaborating closely with US-based teams
  • Support the London office environment, ensuring a smooth in-person experience and managing Zoom Rooms and hardware
  • Design and maintain internal documentation and support processes
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain a strong compliance and risk posture
  • Build integrations and support systems across macOS, AWS, and cloud-based applications

What Does Success Look Like?

You’ll build scalable, secure, and efficient IT systems that support business growth across EMEA. You’ll elevate the employee experience, reduce manual tasks, and contribute to a best-in-class internal IT function.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a support, systems engineer, or IT manager role at a software vendor
  • Experience with identity and access tools such as Okta and SSO
  • Strong knowledge of AWS environments
  • Proficiency in macOS and MDM tools (e.g., Kandji, JAMF)
  • Ability to write custom solutions in Python or similar scripting language
  • Experience working with APIs and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Tines, Tray.io)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently and solving complex problems
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
  • Background in contributing to the tech community via events, talks, or written content
