Were recruiting on behalf of an established international engineering business. ( Electrical/Mechanical experience a must ) This is a senior position within a business thats investing heavily in growth, training, and cutting edge technology covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Youll take ownership of complex electro-mechanical equipment, carrying out everything from planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to installation, commissioning, and customer training.
Youll be leading your team of field engineers, trusted to resolve faults efficiently while delivering first-class service.
Youll also support continuous improvement, manage spares, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Were looking for someone with solid field service experience.
Strong electrical, and mechanical fault-finding skills, confident communicator, comfortable working independently, strong IT skills, and exposure to automated or capital equipment, would be a plus.
