A high-growth no-code / low-code SaaS company is expanding its Defence & Public Sector sales function across the UK and EMEA. With 600+ enterprise customers and a strong presence across SAP and non-SAP environments, the business is helping large organisations rapidly build and modernise mission-critical applications. Off the back of continued success within European defence and government organisations, they are now investing in a dedicated specialist to lead and scale this vertical.

The Role

This is a strategic, high-impact position combining direct UK responsibility with an EMEA overlay across defence and MOD and NATO aligned organisations. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working closely with senior decision-makers and acting as the subject matter expert within the vertical. Alongside driving your own quota, you will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, expanding existing accounts, and winning new logos within a highly targeted segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the Defence & Public Sector vertical across UK and EMEA
  • Drive new business and expansion within strategic, enterprise-level accounts
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape vertical strategy and execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within Defence and/or Public Sector
  • Experience navigating complex procurement and long sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of MOD, NATO, or government ecosystems
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence large deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and own a vertical
