The Role
As a Founding Account Executive - Europe (UK), you will own the European market, walk into an active pipeline, and play a pivotal role in landing large enterprise deals. You'll work directly with leadership and Founders, selling a category-defining AI-powered sourcing platform that is transforming the industry.
In The First 12 - 24 months: Build, build, build! Build the foundation of enterprise sales in Europe - establishing relationships, closing deals, and refining processes. Lay the groundwork for scalable revenue growth.
After this: Build a team! As the business scales, you'll take on leadership responsibilities, hiring and growing a high-performing sales team in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise clients.
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales, managing large, complex deals from initial engagement to close.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine the GTM strategy.
- Operate with a builder mindset, helping to shape sales processes, playbooks, and best practices in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
